ADC Support Specialist – Karachi

Fresh graduates having bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree. He/She must possess excellent communications & presentation skills and must be well versed in MS Office.He/She must have strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage customer complains & reports and must have the ability to work under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide ATM terminals and transactions monitoring support in order to ensure maximum system uptime.
  • Support related to ADC tasks including ATM MIS’s, ATM monitoring and coordination with vendor and to resolve customer, ATM machines and transactions related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) for application support as communicated in annual objectives.
  • Utilisation of Ticket Management System (TMS), Change Management and Incident Management processes based on instructions provided by Team Lead, Divisional Head & related Departments.
  • Provide support for all ATM machines and ATM Cards related issues to branches.
  • To create ATM Pin Mailers on request of Operations division. To mitigate the prescribed TAT.
  • Looking after Bank’s ATM Call Centre provide customer support related to customers calls for ATM Cards activation, blocking and transactions related issues & its resolution.
  • Working efficiently to support exclusively different task for ADC & Core Banking applications.
  • Playing a role of effective team member with great coordination with other atff in order to solve maximum inter department issues related to ADC.
  • Resolve ADC Application related issues with vendors.
  • Support for card capture operations.
