First Women Bank Ltd. has been recognised by CIDA as a unique institution catering to the special needs of women in Pakistan. FWBL and CIDA have entered into a 3 years collaboration to provide financial assistance for the two important directions of the Bank i.e. setting up of Financial Services Desks and Training and Capacity Building of FWBL employees.

Financial Services Desks, based in Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore, are facilitating women's access to financial services by providing support in the areas of credit management, legal counselling, tax consultancy and marketing.
