of Legal & Security, EVP
Ms. Charmaine
Hidyatullah joined the First Women Bank Ltd in 1989 as Legal
Advisor and Chief of Legal Department. She also remained
Federal Nominee Director of FWBL from 1991 to 1994. In 1994
she was promoted to the cadre of SVP, since then she held
several important portfolios such as Member of Executive
Committee, Head of Business Centre, Head of Security
Department, Head of Publicity and Public Relations and Head
of Human Resources Department. She plays the key role in
recovery of stuck-up finances of the Bank through Court and
negotiations with defaulting Borrowers/ Judgment Debtors,
Syndicate Financing, and matters pertaining to legal
operations of the bank. She has done her Masters in Law
from S. M. Law College, Karachi and specializes in Company
Law. She started her career as a practicing Lawyer in Civil
and High Courts of Sindh where she conducted several
independent cases related to Banking, Corporate and Civil
Law in the Courts and Banking Tribunals. She served as Legal
Advisor for various domestic and foreign companies. Since
1981, she is also Vice President Status of Women of United
Nations Section of all Pakistan Women Association. She has
also served as Honorary General Secretary of Pakistan Red
Crescent Society appointed by Government of Pakistan.

| Shahid Siddique Amjad Mughal |
| Head of
Finance & Planning Mr. Shahid Mughal joined
First Women Bank Ltd., in February 2002 as the Head of
finance, Planning & Operations. He is also member of
various Committees including the Executive Committee, ALCO
and Fraud & Forgery Committee. He plays a pivotal role
in strengthening the operational and internal controls
systems and in formulating policies and procedures for
various activities. He was awarded as “Best Executive” for
two consecutive years. A Chartered Accountant and
Associate Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries
of Pakistan, he started his banking career from Emirates
Bank International in Internal Audit Pakistan from 1992,
where he went up to the position of Manager Internal Audit
Pakistan. In between, he was also the Manager Operations for
the EBI Sialkot Branch. In 1997 he was awarded as “Best
Employee of the Year”.

Head
of SME, EVP
Ms. Shafqat Sultana, EVP, is the
Head of SME Division & G.M Karachi Region. She is also
member of Executive Committee of the Bank. She joined the
First Women Bank Ltd in 1989 as Branch Manager in AVP cadre,
and was declared best Branch Manager for two consecutive
years. Promoted VP and Regional Development Chief in 1992,
she also used her expertise in the training &
development of the women entrepreneur. In 1998 she was
promoted to SVP cadre and was entrusted with the
responsibilities of Sector Executive Upper Punjab. Further
elevated to EVP in 2002, she was given the responsibilities
of General Manager Sindh & Baluchistan. She also held
the position of National Project Director- Women in Urban
Credit, a project of UNDP. For her outstanding performance
she was awarded as “Best Sector Executive Upper Punjab” in
2001 and honored with “Certificate of Excellence” for her
contributions in UNDP project in 2003. She started her
professional career from UBL in 1975. In 1985 she was
declared “best directing member staff”, and was the first
Lady Manager at PC branch Rawalpindi in 1988. In addition to
representing Pakistan in World Conference on Women in
Beijing she has addressed in Senate, Parliament, and various
national and international organizations on women socio
economic concerns. She also holds to her credit many
publications as well. She has done her Masters in Political
Sciences from Peshawar University.

CIO & Head of Information Technology
Mr. Tauqir A. Siddiqui joined First Women Bank Ltd; in April 2007 as CIO & Head of Information Technology, and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Bank. He is an M.B.A and has done various certifications from local and international Universities/Organizations.
Mr. Siddiqui left NFC as Head of IT in 1988 and joined HBL as Head of Software Development. He developed online banking solution for HBL, which was operational at more than 380 branches of Pakistan and in fourteen overseas operations, for around 15 years. Later as Project Manager (IT), Mr. Siddiqui has selected and implemented Misys Banking Solution at HBL in 2004, and played a key role in modernization of HBL.
After joining FWBL, Mr. Siddiqui is restructuring the I.T, and working for strengthening the operational and internal controls, and formulating policies and procedures for various activities relating to Information Technology. He is in process of strategic and tactical planning of IT for the bank, and ensuring to bridge the gap between business and technology.

Dy. Head Credit
Ms. Naushaba Shehzad has dual
responsibilities with the Bank. She is the Head of Financial
Services Division and is also handling the Credit Portfolio
of all Corporate Branches. She is also member of the Bank’s
Executive Committee and Executive Credit Committee, and
plays an active role in the policy-making arena. She has
diversified Banking experience of 15 years with First Women
Bank limited. She was awarded the “Best Employee of the
Year” award in 2001, and “Best Executive” award for the next
two consecutive Years. She is a Graduate of Lahore College
for Women, and has an outstanding academic career, attaining
Gold Medal in Masters of Sciences (MSc)-Statistics in 1988
and awarded with “National Youth Talent Appreciation Award”
in 1991.

Treasurer
Mr.
Mustansir Rao joined FWBL in July 2002 as a Senior Vice
President & Treasurer, and is a member of ALCO. He has
20 years of experience in Treasury business in Pakistan
& the Gulf Region. Mr. Rao started his banking career
in 1978 with HBL. In 1982 he joined Bank of Credit and
Commerce Intl, Abu Dhabi-UAE in the Treasury Portfolio
Management Division. He moved to National Investment &
Securities Corp (NISCORP), Abu Dhabi-U.A.E in 1989 as
Settlement Manager. In 1992 he joined Bank Al Habib Ltd.,
Karachi as Manager Treasury, where he was responsible for
Forex & Money Market dealings. Before FWBL, he was Chief
Dealer Treasury at Prime Commercial Bank Ltd, which he
joined in 1995 and served for 7 years. He has done his
Masters in Commerce.

Dy. Head Risk
Management Division
Mr. Ferozeali joined the
FWBL in 2002 as Regional Audit Chief, Sindh &
Baluchistan Region. He assumed the charge of Acting Audit
Chief in October 2002 and played a pivotal role in
reorganization of the Audit Division. He held additional
charge of Chief of Compliance besides Secretary of Audit
Committee for two years. Since August 2004 he is officiating
as Head of Risk Management Division and is playing an
instrumental role in making a number of policy documents for
FWBL. He has around 20 years of experience in Financial
& Commercial Organizations and Investment &
Brokerage Houses. He started his career with UBL and worked
in different capacities like Officer In-charge of Northern
& Southern Area Branches, Assistant Controller of
branches, Credit In-charge of Corporate Advances, etc. He
was one of the pioneer members of Financial & Management
Audits. He is a Commerce Graduate from Karachi
University, MBA from HIMS, Diplomaed Associate of Institute
of Bankers in Pakistan, and Diplomaed Associate of Institute
of Islamic Banking & Insurance-UK. He has contributed a
number of articles on different topics like “Risk
Management”, “Camel Analysis”, “Risk Assessment &
Auditing”, Credit Risk Management” and “Managing operational
Risks in Banks” that have already been published in IBP
Journal.
