Admin Officer – Karachi

Incumbent should be BE Civil Engineering from a recognized university in Pakistan. He/She should be able to work with CAD – Computer. Candidate must excel in Drafting Skills, Construction Basics and Material Management. Successful candidate must have proven track record of relocating, renovating and constructing new branches with minimum 6 years of experience (Pan Pakistan). They are willing to work at various locations in Pakistan (throughout the branch network).

They must have related expertise to manage contractors, evaluators, architects, Civil and Electrical Contractors and other vendors for supply of general electrical equipment, such as HVAC equipment’s, Generators and other mechanical items such as Elevators, Water Pumping System, Fire Fighting and Fire Protection Systems. He/She must possess the required skills of Business Communication, Vendor Management and Project Management with relevant experiences in each field.

Candidate must have minimum 06 years of experience in Branch Renovation, Relocation of Branches Pan Pakistan, Creation of Branch Expansion Plans, Branch and Head Office Procurement.”
